Grace Hill is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for a product line within our Real Estate-focused platform. You will collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate direction into delivery, balancing ambiguity with clear prioritization in a remote, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience owning strategy and roadmap for a SaaS product line.
• Strong market and competitive analysis; ability to justify a defensible business case.
• Demonstrated customer discovery experience: qualitative interviews, quantitative validation, synthesis.
• Excellent executive communication; influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating AI-powered product capabilities and applying AI thoughtfully.
• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Multifamily, Commercial Real Estate, HR Tech, or related vertical is valued.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for assigned product line, translating strategy into a clear plan.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis; track industry trends and buyer needs.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, workflows, and market dynamics.
• Lead customer and user discovery: interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, analytics.
• Define problems and build business case to justify investment and sequencing.
• Set outcome-based goals and report progress to executives.
• Partner with Product Owners to translate roadmap into epics and initiatives.
• Engage with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align go-to-market plans.
• Make prioritization decisions with trade-off analysis.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering on feasibility of bets.
• Identify opportunities to evolve products and improve scalability.
• Represent product line in executive and customer advisory contexts.
