Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of product management or related healthcare technology experience.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare ecosystem.
• Understanding of NCPDP Telecom Standard.
• Ability to write, edit and organize technical content.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories for pharmacy network products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs and UX.
• Participate in agile development processes and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
• Analyze product performance metrics and drive improvements and iterations.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and internal/external communications.
• Create, maintain and refine technical documentation and release notes.
