Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience in healthcare tech or pharmacy.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations and the healthcare ecosystem.
• Familiar with NCPDP Telecom Standard.
• Ability to write and organize technical product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories for pharmacy network products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to translate requirements into specs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support timely delivery of enhancements.
• Analyze product performance metrics and drive improvements for iterations.
• Support go-to-market strategies and internal/external communications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and release notes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and value proposition for Pharmacy Network Solutions.
