Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Product Manager to own development and success of part of its Commercial Insulation portfolio, including Metal Building Insulation (MBI), 700 Series Board products, and Select Sound solutions. You will work closely with your leader and cross-functional teams to define portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, product management or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, product management or analytical roles
• Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Understand market trends and customer needs to inform the roadmap.
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional launches across Marketing, Pricing, Sales, S&T, Finance, Operations, Legal, Sourcing and Supply Chain.
• Own customer fitness for use (CFFU) development and ensure value delivery.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure success.
