What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct market research and client interviews to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy
- Develop and validate business cases for new offerings or feature enhancements
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and client feedback
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Alignment, and Marketing teams to develop value propositions and go-to-market plans
- Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to guide iteration and optimization
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of product strategy, solution management, or market development experience in healthcare IT or revenue cycle management
- Strong understanding of provider-side RCM workflows, clearinghouse functions, and transaction standards (837, 835, 270/271)
- Proven ability to identify market needs, shape strategy, and support product launches with measurable business impact
- Strong communication and analytical skills; able to translate complex challenges into actionable product plans
