  • Conduct market research and client interviews to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy
  • Develop and validate business cases for new offerings or feature enhancements
  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and client feedback

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of product strategy, solution management, or market development experience in healthcare IT or revenue cycle management
  • Strong understanding of provider-side RCM workflows, clearinghouse functions, and transaction standards (837, 835, 270/271)
  • Proven ability to identify market needs, shape strategy, and support product launches with measurable business impact
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; able to translate complex challenges into actionable product plans
