Job summary

Stripe’s Connect team is seeking a Product Manager to help shape strategy and drive execution for marketplace-focused products in the United States. You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact initiatives across modern platforms.

You will translate complex financial infrastructure needs into durable platform primitives, align roadmaps with leadership, and present plans to stakeholders while mentoring

Qualifications

More than three years of product management experience.
A computer science background or equivalent experience.
Strong product judgment and cross-team leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and advance a compelling product vision for Connect
Devise the strategy for high‑impact initiatives serving modern marketplaces and software platforms
Translate product strategy and customer needs into clear product requirements
Oversee execution across the teams involved in delivering these initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer‑facing teams
Meet with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback
Present product plans to Stripe’s leadership team and incorporate feedback
