Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Product Line Manager in Schaumburg, IL to drive new business opportunities and lead cross-functional teams in designing, pricing, and delivering high-speed interconnect solutions for data center, server, and networking applications.

You will own lifecycle management, cost and margin controls, capacity planning, and NPD involvement while collaborating with marketing, engineering, operations, and sales to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with keen business acumen.
• 3+ years in product management, project management, engineering, or technical business development.
• Experience in the interconnect industry preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive the new business opportunity funnel with sales and business unit alignment.
• Promote the optical portfolio to field teams and key customers.
• Prepare revenue projections and book-to-ship estimates for key accounts.
• Coordinate pricing and market strategy to maximize share at target accounts.
• Lead cross-functional product planning including lifecycle, cost, capacity, and NPD.
• Develop marketing materials and support quotes, specs, and samples strategy.
• Collaborate with design/production to ensure timely market introductions.
