Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs.
Support leadership in developing and refining product strategy and roadmaps; conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
Ensure accuracy and quality in requirement definition and backlog management.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch; participate in agile ceremonies.
Manage product development processes across a portfolio; facilitate processes for individual products and ensure quality and strategic foresight.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and participate in user testing and research activities.
Maintain understanding of market trends and competitive landscape; ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
