Responsibilities

Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity
Product Strategy & Roadmap Contribution: Support leadership in developing/refining product strategy and roadmaps; conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews
Requirements Definition & Backlog Management: Ensure accuracy/quality in requirement definition and backlog management by the product management team
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams; participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Product Development & Launch: Manage product development across the portfolio and ensure quality and strategic foresight
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers/users to gather feedback and participate in user testing
