Job summary

Natera is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of future versions of reproductive health tests, driving the product roadmap from concept to obsolescence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, software, sales, marketing, and operations to align features with market needs and business goals.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong leadership and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in physical or life science, statistics or engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience, including 2–3 years in product management, product/solution marketing, product commercialization, or strategic consulting.
• Experience with Prenatal products/education, medical devices, or diagnostics preferred.
• Expertise and experience in the Life Sciences industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop or co-develop and execute the product roadmap for one or more reproductive health tests.
• Deliver product requirements based on customer needs and operational limitations.
• Manage product performance and field all product support needs across multiple departments.
• Develop quantitative product performance indicators and analyze data for improvement.
• Identify business opportunities and create business cases and financial models.
• Conduct VOC interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to validate features and grow market share.
• Support product marketing in pricing, positioning and collateral development.
• Create written, data-based arguments for stakeholder buy-in.
• Provide updates on progress, vision, and roadmap to stakeholders.
