Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years' proven experience developing product requirements.
- Experience aligning product strategy with customer needs.
- Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, commercial and strategy.
- Construction or mining domain experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and refinement of strategic goals for In Cab Experiences and AI Assist features with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage multi-generational product plans aligned to business objectives.
- Establish and manage product line priorities and investments.
- Define, document, and prioritize market requirements, capabilities, and features.
- Analyze market conditions and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
- Define success metrics and track product performance against objectives.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders through clear communication of strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve roadmaps and ensure execution.
