TTI, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to oversee a specific product category and supplier relations, aiming to optimize mix, inventory levels, and profitability. You will collaborate with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to drive competitive pricing and successful product launches.

The role emphasizes strategic decision-making, strong communication, and leadership to support growth and customer satisfaction within a global distributor framework.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive industry related experience including product management, distribution, asset management, sales, or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a productive Product Team by hiring qualified people and providing training and performance management.
• Effectively manages inventory within company goals to maintain the right mix and meet financial objectives.
• Supports sales to increase business and achieve customer satisfaction by working with suppliers on quotes for competitive positions.
• Consults with sales regarding customer needs, product features, availability, and costs to maximize sales potential.
• Develops and maintains supplier relationships and provides product solutions to be the preferred partner for suppliers and customers.
• Maintains accurate product information in company systems (quantities, costs, delivery info).
• Processes and resolves accounting, receiving, and customer rejected issues promptly.
