Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement systems and drive strategic sourcing. You will support BV Marketplace, train users, enhance supplier participation, and collaborate with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams to optimize purchasing efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in procurement, with strong data analysis, contract negotiation, and MS Office skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or a related field, plus 2 years in procurement or administration.
• Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and procurement preferred.
• Experience with electronic procurement software preferred.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and apply problem-solving.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office and internet-based applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brightview's procurement systems and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Deliver user training and resource development for BV Marketplace.
• Lead efforts to increase supplier participation and improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Operations, and stakeholders to identify needs.
• Work with GPO partners to optimize vendor relationships and contracts.
• Analyze vendor spend and performance to suggest cost efficiencies.
• Monitor vendor performance, pricing, and contract compliance.
• Support negotiation and administration of master operating agreements.
• Maintain records for contracts, insurance certificates, and related items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
