Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Risk Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive procurement leadership experience in regulated financial services.
• CPSM/CPM/CIPS or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities and cost optimization.
• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, negotiations, renewal, and offboarding.
• Assess and mitigate third‑party risk with governance and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate contracts reflecting favorable terms and risk controls.
• Drive cost savings, analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Develop a high‑performing procurement team and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Promote process improvements and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
