• Track actual and potential supply and delivery.
• Assess supplier performance against predetermined goals.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain product and delivery information.
• Prepare material variance analyses and improvement recommendations.
• Review and assign part change notices and expedite materials.
• Complete shortage report to provide accurate updates.
• Prepare Sales Inventory Operations Plan (SIOP) comparisons.
