Job summary

Arctic Cat is seeking a shipping and receiving associate to manage document control, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

You will use SAP for stock movements, resolve SAP errors, and maintain dunnage levels with packaging, logistics, and engineering. Minimum 3 years experience; HS diploma, 2-year degree preferred; SAP and MS Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-Year degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• SAP experience preferred; Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the document management process for all shipping and receiving paperwork to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain continuity with all internal and external customers, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure effective material movement.
• Identify discrepancies on packing lists and implement corrective action as needed.
• Monitor and arrange shipment/receipt of stock-to-vendor and inter-BU components through SAP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any errors/exceptions in SAP regarding receiving and allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and the packaging department to maintain correct dunnage levels.
• Monitor and execute parts reservations from refinement, engineering, and other internal customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
