Job summary

Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking a Storeroom/Purchasing professional to ensure uninterrupted production by coordinating operations and maintenance to source materials and services. You will oversee spare parts inventory, process requisitions and purchase orders, and supervise the Storeroom Supervisor to maintain accurate records and compliant purchasing practices.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong negotiation, organizational, and ethical judgment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing/storeroom roles.
• Ability to plan, organize, manage and evaluate purchasing activities and budgets.
• Adherence to purchasing policies, procedures, standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations and maintenance to meet production and quality goals.
• Ensure adequate spare parts inventory and monitor inventory levels.
• Keep storeroom records current for reordering supplies.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Supervise Storeroom Supervisor.
