Job summary

Eis Group USA is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist on a full-time contract basis to coordinate purchasing, support strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-efficient procurement.

The role covers POs, quotations, negotiations, supplier onboarding, spend analyses, and reporting, with opportunities for professional development and remote or hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and supplier management.
• Experience with purchase orders, bids, quotes, contracts, invoices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement activities including requisitions and POs.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Research markets for pricing, quality, and reliability.
• Review quotations, bids, and supplier pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams on requirements and budgets.
• Monitor POs and supplier deliveries for accuracy and timeliness.
• Track expenditures, savings, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Collaborate with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and renewals.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and process improvements.
• Assist with sourcing projects and contract negotiations.
• Monitor risks and potential supply disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analyses.
