Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
• Experience using AI-powered software and platforms.
• CPM, CPIM or CSCP designation preferred.
• Prefer experience in regulated industry such as medical device (cGMP).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement of materials and services by creating and maintaining purchase orders.
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers, materials, and services to create synergy across business organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance supply chain initiatives.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and opportunities to support supplier development.
• Track and report spend areas, supplier performance, and KPIs for key suppliers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and confirm shipping schedules for on-time deliveries.
• Identify and utilize AI-powered tools for daily tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
