Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Specialist with deep sourcing experience to secure mechanical, electrical, and structural components for elevator systems.

The role emphasizes supplier onboarding, competitive bidding, and cost optimization while maintaining strong supplier relationships. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and planning teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules and new product development.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for elevator components.
• Conduct RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding to achieve best-cost sourcing.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and long-term agreements while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs such as delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness.
• Manage purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Coordinate with logistics for inbound deliveries and customs clearance (if applicable).
