Responsibilities

• Develop procurement packages with engineering for bid and award.
• Prepare and issue bid packages to vendors on approved lists.
• Receive and evaluate vendor quotes; prepare bid evaluations.
• Prepare/assist in purchase orders and expediting.
• Coordinate vendor drawings/information and approvals.
• Monitor delivery dates and update clients on status.
• Assist with audits and ensure nonconformances are resolved.
• Promote HSSE procedures and align with project budgets.
