Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist to join the Gas Services Distributed Procurement Team. You will lead sourcing, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to commodity strategies that support business objectives.

You will analyze market conditions, evaluate supplier performance, and identify opportunities to optimize cost, quality, and delivery, strengthening procurement operations for affordable, reliable energy solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree or CIPS certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management within a global manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong commercial, contract negotiation, and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management skills

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist within Siemens Energy's Gas Services Distributed Procurement Team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support a competitive, transparent, and sustainable supply chain. You will lead sourcing and negotiation activities, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to commodity strategies that support business objectives. Throughout the day, you will analyze market conditions, evaluate supplier performance, and identify opportunities to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Your work will help strengthen procurement operations and support affordable, reliable energy solutions.

What You Bring
