Job summary

ECOPLASTIC AMERICA CORP is seeking a Manager of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and price management. The role oversees supplier negotiations, cost estimation, and vendor relationships to ensure supply chain efficiency in manufacturing operations.

Candidates should have 7–10+ years in procurement, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and bilingual English/Korean communication skills for global collaboration and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7 to 10+ years of direct purchasing or supply chain management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and team supervision.
• Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken) for global liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations to ensure smooth purchases.
• Review and negotiate unit pricing with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage provisional pricing agreements with rigorous follow-up and settlement procedures.
• Monitor unit pricing for inventory items in warehouses and direct-transaction components.
• Calculate and propose fair market pricing for outsourced suppliers and processing orders.
• Oversee procurement for general consumables, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Lead initiatives to revise internal procurement standards and align with external partners.
