Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Procurement Package Manager to lead strategic procurement and supply chain activities for a major pharmaceutical capital project. You will work with Engineering, Construction, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of equipment, materials, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of procurement/supply chain experience, with capital projects.
• Minimum 7 years leading procurement teams or major project procurement functions.
• Experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or EPC/EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and supply chain activities for capital project execution.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Establish procurement plans, governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Direct procurement, sourcing, contracting, logistics, supplier quality, expediting, inspection, and materials management.
• Lead supplier evaluations, bid processes, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Negotiate EPC/EPCM and service agreements to meet objectives and value.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Drive long-lead equipment and critical material procurement to support schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, and project controls for integrated execution.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in procurement.
