Job summary

The Reserves Network, Lincoln, NE, is seeking a Procurement Officer to strengthen procurement operations across the business. You will focus on strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, process improvement, and successful product/service rollouts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience with vendor sourcing, negotiations, and procurement processes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work onsite in Lincoln, NE.

Responsibilities

• Manage all procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, purchasing, and product/service rollouts.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve purchasing and payment issues.
• Help develop purchasing approval workflows, reporting, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement systems and processes.
• Collaborate across departments on strategic initiatives and change management.
