Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of purchasing and/or warehouse management experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized purchasing systems.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, cost analysis, and supply chain principles.
• Ability to assess and implement cost-saving measures effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Purchasing and Tool teams; direct daily operations like POs and vendor communications.
• Review quotes, verify cost savings, and ensure accurate information flow to the field.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure DOA compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve material issues and reduce PO volume.
• Monitor market conditions and price fluctuations to plan procurement strategy.
• Provide regular updates and reports to Operations Management.
