You will oversee purchasing, materials management, inventory, and logistics, leading a team of supply chain professionals while actively involved in sourcing and supplier negotiations. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure materials availability aligns with production schedules and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, JDE, SAP preferred).
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive process improvements and team performance.
