Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in sourcing/procurement with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Proven success in supplier negotiations, vendor management, and cost reductions.
• Experience developing and executing cross-category sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
