Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to lead; 2+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead supply chain initiatives on lead time, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Analyze supply base, capabilities, and market dynamics to inform plans.
• Resolve escalations and disruptions with cross-functional support, including executive reporting.
• Support capacity analysis with manufacturing for production growth and spares.
• Assess supply risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop supply plans for constrained/long-lead components.
• Coordinate supplier contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and NDAs.
• Lead supplier reviews and drive improvements through gap analysis.
• Develop supplier scorecards and drive best practices.
