Job summary

• 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for ingredients, packaging, and operations.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships for quality and cost.
• Monitor inventory, trends, and forecasting to minimize waste and shortages.
• Align purchasing with demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Lead contract negotiations and maintain vendor agreements and pricing files.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while upholding quality and sustainability.
• Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs like delivery, lead times, and price stability.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
