Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience, including manufacturing/food production environment.
• 3+ years of people-leadership experience leading teams and prioritizing.
• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations, sourcing initiatives, cost-reduction programs, and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and category strategies aligned with business goals and profitability targets.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluation, competitive bidding, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Deliver sustainable savings and cost avoidance through market analysis, supplier consolidation, and total-cost-of-ownership decisions.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and conduct regular business reviews with scorecards and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Product Development to maintain material availability and support launches.
