You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure material availability and launches. Requires 8+ years in procurement and leadership in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing in manufacturing or consumer products.
• 3+ years of people leadership with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract management.
• Deliver savings and cost avoidance through market analysis and TCO decisions.
• Manage risks with continuity and alternate-source plans.
• Build supplier relationships and conduct business reviews with scorecards.
• Partner with operations, planning, quality, finance, and others to ensure material availability.
• Optimize inventory policies, order quantities, and working capital with planning teams.
• Ensure PO accuracy reflecting pricing, quantities, schedules, terms, and specs.
• Own procurement analytics, budgets, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Standardize policies, systems, data, and ERP/MRP workflows; pursue automation.
