Current, a leading consumer fintech platform based in NYC, is hiring a Procurement Manager on our finance team to design and implement a robust procurement process. You’ll collaborate across teams, partner with business owners, and foster governance and accountability in vendor management.

You’ll lead negotiations, establish vendor life-cycle strategies, onboarding flows, and cross-functional onboarding with finance, IT, and legal approvals, ensuring value, risk controls, and operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong procurement and negotiation knowledge.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Design and implement a robust procurement process and tools.
• Review contracts, set guidelines, and standard vendor protocols.
• Oversee vendor life-cycle planning, sourcing, and performance data.
• Onboard new vendors and products through cross-functional approvals.
• Maintain partnerships with stakeholders to understand and fulfill requirements.
