You will optimize asset utilization, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

The role collaborates with project managers and interoffice teams to forecast needs, coordinate transfers, and oversee leasing and calibration programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of procurement, logistics, inventory, or asset management experience.
• Experience managing procurement activities including strategic sourcing and supplier performance.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory control, and warehouse coordination.

Responsibilities

• Instrumentation Calibration and Asset Readiness: develop calibration schedules and manage maintenance of monitoring equipment.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: source suppliers, issue purchase orders, negotiate, and evaluate performance.
• National Logistics and Resource Coordination: coordinate distribution, forecast needs, and manage interoffice transfers.
