The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet program milestones and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sourcing, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• At least 4 years of supervisor experience.
• Excellent business/financial acumen and ability to influence as a partner.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and mitigate supply risk with leadership.
• Lead supplier selection and readiness for NPI and transfer programs.
• Deliver sustained cost productivity through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier partnerships and manage LT Buy activities.
• Support supplier quality and regulatory compliance (FDA, EHS, regulatory).
• Promote safety and compliance across all procurement and supplier activities.
