Job summary

HSAGP Energy LLC is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead MRO purchasing, supplier management, and data maintenance for our Bartow County, GA project. You will drive cost-saving initiatives, report KPI results weekly, and coordinate with global teams to ensure timely procurement and shipment of materials.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field, APICS CPM certification preferred, and experience with MRP-ERP and automotive/chemical manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• Certified Purchasing Manager, APICS (Preferred).
• Experience in procurement department and MRP-ERP systems.
• Experience in automotive/chemical manufacturing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Purchase MRO items and expedited material at best price from reliable sources.
• Support global efforts to drive procurement of MRO categories.
• Maintain documents: Purchase Orders/Contracts/Offer sheets and vendor management.
• Update material master data including part numbers, origins, pricing, and PO details.
• Coordinate with customs, freight brokers, and vendors for shipments.
• Maintain purchasing data and collaborate with internal customers.
• Participate in audits/certifications and ensure compliance.
