Job summary

Siete Foods is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies across ingredients or packaging, manage supplier relationships, and guide category roadmaps. You will work closely withPlanning, Finance, R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Legal to align procurement with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in procurement within CPG/food manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain within CPG or food manufacturing.
• Experience managing direct material categories (ingredients and/or packaging) preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth CPG/food manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of sourcing strategies across assigned procurement vertical (Ingredients or Packaging).
• Oversee RFPs, contract strategy, supplier selection, negotiations, and category roadmaps.
• Escalation point for manufacturing partners, supplier negotiations, and supply constraints.
• Translate market intelligence into cross-category sourcing strategies and annual planning.
• Lead enterprise procurement initiatives to improve capabilities and cross-functional alignment.
• Standardize tools, reporting, contracting approaches, supplier governance across categories.
