Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Procurement Manager – Sales & POS to lead end-to-end procurement of in-store displays, signage, packaging and other POS materials for retail and wholesale channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Deep knowledge of POS and sales-material categories and print production.
• Proven negotiation and contract-management experience delivering cost savings.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Sustainability-focused sourcing and eco-friendly materials experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for sales and POS materials across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring brand compliance and cost optimization.
• Develop category-specific procurement strategies using market intelligence and supplier benchmarking.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle: RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, contracts, PO management, and delivery oversight.
• Negotiate and administer supplier contracts, pricing, and SLAs with print vendors and packaging suppliers.
• Build and maintain a high-performing supplier base with KPIs and sustainability commitments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Operations to forecast demand and align timelines with campaigns.
• Develop and manage annual procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
