Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company, seeks a Retail Procurement Manager to lead indirect procurement across global Retail categories including Store Construction, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising, and Collateral. You will drive strategy, negotiate agreements, and partner with Finance and Retail teams to optimize value and vendor performance.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement and strong analytics, with a focus on cost optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred but not required.
• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• 7+ years in real estate procurement, construction, or facilities maintenance, retail/consumer goods preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with data analytics and dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies across Store Construction, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising, and Collateral.
• Lead global sourcing from strategy to implementation with supplier governance.
• Negotiate MSAs, SLAs, pricing, consulting agreements, and other contracts.
• Partner with Finance and Global Retail teams and other stakeholders.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze spending, market data, and total cost of ownership to find value opportunities.
• Deliver cost savings, supplier consolidation, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, sustainability, and regulations.
