Qualifications

• 5-10 years of procurement experience in oil & gas industry.
• 1+ year of expediting or logistics experience.
• Familiarity with engineered equipment and materials.
• Experience with procurement systems in engineering/construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier performance data and KPIs.
• Prepare and administer requests for quotations.
• Qualify suppliers and analyze quotations.
• Create, negotiate, and manage purchase orders with input from project teams.
• Expedite supplier deliveries and report progress.
• Interface between project team and suppliers for delivery coordination.
• Identify and implement supply chain improvements and cost savings.
