Qualifications

• 5+ years of buying, procurement, or purchasing experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong data accuracy and ability to maintain reliable purchasing data.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and documentation (certifications, NDAs, etc.).
• Comfortable with ERP/MRP systems for PO issuance and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Place POs with approved suppliers and manage lead times and material availability.
• Maintain PO data accuracy, including quantities, pricing, dates, and terms.
• Track deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to keep orders on schedule.
• Develop forecasting models and support long-term planning with organized data.
• Build and maintain supplier KPI databases and relationships.
