Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Procurement Manager for the Data Center Construction Procurement team to own end-to-end supplier relationships with general contractors and drive cost, schedule, and safety commitments for AWS data centers.

You will analyze costs, develop procurement playbooks, and collaborate with Construction, Legal, Finance, and Program Management to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, contract management or operations experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations and global contract management.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive RFP strategies, evaluate contractor qualifications and lead award recommendations for large construction programs.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, amendments, change orders and cost/schedule commitments.
• Partner with Construction, Legal, Finance and Program Management to remove blockers and align on milestones.
