Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchasing for multiple departments. You will interview vendors, negotiate terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to source new suppliers and optimize parts standardization. The role requires strong MS Office skills, English fluency, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of supplies and/or equipment for all departments.
• Negotiate prices, service, quality with vendors.
• Develop and investigate new sources of supply; advise on approvals.
• Maintain liaison with departments to present supplier options and standardization ideas.
• Create and maintain product/vendor information; work with ERP system.
• Define purchasing needs and resolve related problems.
• Prepare and present reports.
• Perform other duties as directed.
