UNDP Bonn Headquarters seeks a Procurement Analyst to support local governments and UNDP country offices worldwide in improving PPP procurement efficiency and delivering Agenda 2030 commitments. The role involves strategy development, supplier management, and knowledge sharing across portfolios.

You will collaborate with technical managers, ensure compliance with UNDP rules, and contribute to learning and capacity building in municipalities and partners.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in Economics, Business, Law, Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, International Development or related field.
• Experience in public sector procurement management is required; 2 years for Master’s, 4 years for Bachelor’s degree.
• CIPS level 3 desirable; if not available, obtain within one year of recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborate and implement innovative and sustainable procurement strategies in alignment with fairness and transparency to achieve best value for money.
• Manage procurement processes for the Business Unit, projects and UN Agencies; ensure timely procurement plans and approvals.
• Implement procurement SOPs, supplier selection, e-procurement, and contract management; monitor performance and ensure compliance with UNDP rules.
