Johnson Service Group is seeking a Strategic Procurement Analyst II (Associate) to drive strategic sourcing and supplier management across a global network of electronic components and CMOs. • Strategic sourcing and procurement expertise (including sourcing events, bids/RFPs, and supplier selection/qualification).
• Supplier relationship management and supplier engagement across global teams and time zones.
• Contract negotiation and contract management (including monitoring compliance to pricing, delivery, and quality requirements).
• Project management for cross-functional procurement and manufacturing optimization initiatives end-to-end.
• Supplier performance management including defining, tracking, and improving KPIs/SLAs (e.g., OTIF) and leading QBRs.
• Risk mitigation and supply continuity planning, including contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies.
