Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support shared services procurement. You will review SOWs, manage vendor relations, obtain quotes, and negotiate terms while coordinating with commodity leads and internal clients.

The role requires strong prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive delivery excellence. Hybrid work arrangement; relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
• 1+ years of PO management experience.
• Experience with SAP procurement software.
• 1+ years of supplier relationship management.
• Prefer: Government contracts experience.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to interface with senior management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Review Statements of Work and related documents.
• Create NDAs or Proprietary Information agreements.
• Obtain proposals and quotations from suppliers.
• Select qualified suppliers and perform due diligence.
• Negotiate price, schedules and terms with suppliers.
• Post-award management and delivery assurance.
• Interact with suppliers and collaborate with business/program teams.
• Coordinate with commodity leads and external suppliers to resolve issues.
