• Experience leading end-to-end current-state assessments.
• Ability to document SOPs, governance, and policy requirements.
• Security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process evaluations across capital programs.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with leaders and technical staff.
• Translate business needs into new work systems for mission partners.
