Advanced Response Systems is expanding its estimating team in Rogers, MN. The Estimator Print and Mailshop prepares estimates from project specs, coordinates with vendors, and ensures timely submission of RFQ responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Print/Mailshop industry experience required.
• 4+ years similar and/or industry experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Strong Computer knowledge; Detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask, organize work flow, provide direction and work as a Team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contact with vendors to ensure timely pricing and best options.
• Prepare Print and Mailshop Estimates within 24–48 hours of receipt of specifications.
• Prepare and coordinate paperwork for Print and Mailshop Quotes and Reports.
• Communicate timely with Sales, Customer Service and Production Manager for scheduling.
• Maintain organized Print and Mailshop files for easy reference by team members.
• Stay current with pricing changes to provide accurate customer pricing.
