You will collaborate with Sales, Implementations, Sourcing and suppliers, own order lifecycle from quotation to delivery, and use analytics to identify opportunities, while maintaining accurate records and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant print, digital copy, customer service, sales, or project management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional and programmatic custom print orders and warehouse replenishment programs.
• Support print customers and drive profitable sales growth and retention.
• Manage queues and sales opportunities; convert requests into sales.
• Provide timely communication through order lifecycle from quotation to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues proactively.
• Maintain customer records and drive process improvements.
• Meet KPIs including win rate and service levels.
