Job summary

Valkyrie is seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera P6 Scheduler / Program Analyst to own scheduling and program controls across all major contracts. You will build and maintain IMS, generate narratives for proposals, and ensure defensible schedules from proposal through close-out.

Key duties include EVM reporting, weekly/monthly performance metrics, and coordination with prime contractors and teammates to align milestones and resources. A strong background in Navy/DoD programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling experience in defense/naval environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Resource-Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 for active contracts and task orders.
• Produce EVM dashboards and forecasts; report SPI/CPI and EAC/ETC metrics.
• Coordinate schedule data with teaming partners (NASSCO, Vigor Marine) and manage interface with prime schedule leads.
• Lead RTS briefings and manage Availability Tracker and Risk Register for active contracts.
